Bism Supported Living, LLC partners with neurodivergent adults across LA County to build lives shaped by their own goals, routines, and relationships — supported with care that listens first.
Personalized support — up to 24 hours a day — delivered in the home you live in. We help with what you choose: cooking, getting to work, time with friends, the rest of life in between.
Coaching that meets people where they are — building real-world skills in real-world settings. We move at your speed, never ours.
Person-centered isn't a phrase to us — it's the architecture of every plan, every pairing, every shift handoff. The person we serve is the author. We're a steady hand on the page.
We grow slowly so DSPs stay long enough to know the people they support.
Every staff member is trained in trauma-informed care — not as a specialty, but as a baseline.
We coordinate openly with families and loved ones, never around them.
Sensory needs, communication preferences, and routines are honored without negotiation.
We serve adults (18+) who are clients of a California Regional Center — neurodivergent individuals, including those across the autism spectrum and with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Bism serves adults across Los Angeles County and welcomes inquiries from clients of any California Regional Center.
Our steadiest coverage is the Lanterman catchment — Burbank, Glendale, Hollywood, La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta-Montrose, North Hollywood, Pasadena, Sunland and Tujunga. We can serve adults anywhere in LA County a Regional Center authorizes services with us.
"We waited a long time for the right vendor. The difference is that they ask my son what he wants, and they listen and help."
"For the first time, my brother has a morning routine. He cares to participate more."
"After years of replacement after replacement with other vendors, the same DSP has been with my daughter for three years. This is really, really good for her."
"They taught my son to take the bus. They also taught him it's okay to ask for help."
We hire for presence and enthusiasm, then train hard for the rest.
